SHIPPING INFORMATION

    Some companies view shipping charges as a source of money to greatly add to their profit margins.  Dogwood Ceramic Supply feels that the customer desires fair and equitable pricing on the products purchased, and the same standard should also apply to the shipping costs.
    Dogwood Ceramic Supply has spent significant effort to acquire the largest possible discounts and incentives from our carriers.  The discounts earned by Dogwood Ceramic Supply are in turn passed on to our customers.

Package Shipping versus Truck Shipping:

    Package Shipping (UPS) is service is perfect for small to moderate sized shipments.  But for larger shipments, the only practical means to deliver the order is palletize the order and ship by a trucking (motor freight) company.
    Virtually all orders under 150lbs will be shipped by UPS, and at same time orders between 150 lbs and 2000 lbs may be shipped via UPS or LTL, depending upon the needs and location of the customer, and size, weight, shape and complexity of the order.
